Cancellation Policy
To provide the best service to all of my clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-shows may be subject to the full cost of the service.
I understand that emergencies happen, and I’ll always do my best to be understanding. However, this policy helps protect my time and allows me to accommodate other clients who are waiting for appointments.
